The Gilded Quill is both a magical supply business as well as the home to the glittery personality of Fairy Princess Lolly. Both the booth and the personality appear online and at festivals, Renaissance faires and shows primarily around the Northwest United States (though sometimes branch further). I carry an assortment of handmade, recycled and upcycled products intended for use in any sort of magic, cos-play, role playing games or individual purposes. Everything you see here is handmade and I strive for good local business practices and support! As everyone knows, faeries, wizards, witches and muggles alike prefer au naturel when it comes to their tools so I do my very best to keep it green. After leaving the corporate world, I bought a booth and entered sincerely into the merchant world of vending. Now I spend my time making art and traveling around to faerie and magical festivals, conventions and renaissance fantasy faires. Fairy Princess Lolly is my magical identity who teaches workshops on fairy wand making and organizes various childrens' entertainment and activities. She loves to play the flute and in 2011 hopes to make it to the stage with one of her favorite Faerie bands! |

The Gilded Quill is complimented by our partner Johann & Son master wandmakers, specializing in a wide selection of handmade, magic wands and is a proud member of the Fellowship of Wandmakers. Each wand is finished with its natural hue and attributes, crafted from from traditional Druidic woods to exotic African, South American, Asian and Native American woods. I research the magical properties, myth, history and folklore of each wood carefully. |
