Once Upon a Time...

	Welcome and thank you for visiting! The Gilded Quill is a sole proprietorship, established in 2005 as my bold expidition to venture forth beyond the walls of Cubeville! I carry an assortment of handmade, recycled and upcycled products focusing on fine paper arts and magical supply whilst doing my very best to keep it green and hand made. After leaving the corporate world, I bought a booth and entered sincerely into the merchant world of vending. Now I spend my time making art and traveling around to faerie and magical festivals, conventions and renaissance fantasy faires where I set up my booth and sell my wares. I teach workshops on fairy wand making and run various entertaining kids activities and play the flute at shows - all in good fun!
	Later that year we were joined by Johann & Son wandmakers, specializing in a wide selection of handmade, magic wands and became a proud member of the Fellowship of Wandmakers. Each wand is finished with its natural hue and attributes, crafted from from traditional Druidic woods to exotic African, South American, Asian and Native American woods. I research the magical properties, myth, history and folklore of each wood carefully. Styles portrayed in our galleries can be mixed and matched on commission to better fit your desires and vision.
